Here is the reality…The avergae time from the time of contract to closing date.. is typically 60-90 days in Northern NJ …Seasonally we have 50% MORE CLOSING in June than any other time of year! 

Heard the expression ” A Picture is worth a Thousand Words” …” In the Case ” Timing is worth ten of thousands of dollars!”
