Ok so how is it ..genius ? In my professional opinion, for the first time in more than 48 months the “rate of default index” went down last month! If we see two more down months ..,WE AT THE BOTTOM” ..!! One slight challenge.. With 6 years worth of shadow inventory on the books in NJ( highest in country..yes more than Florida,Vegas etc etc) we’ll more than likely see downward pricing pressure for at least 18-24 months .

Mom's and Dad's at Prot Liberte Get Fit

Truly inspiring is all I can say ….

 

Over the last several months I've speaking with more and more parents that decided to get fit! Between Guys like Chris A loosing 30 plus lbs, Moms training and running half marathons and our soon to be personal Yoga instructor…

So yesterday in playground talking with the soccer dads' ( no not the minivan driving kind… these guys are the serious dudes playing on the basketball court on Sunday mornings…) I look at Atilla's new sneakers and say .. "dude nice zoots they are triatheletes" …He said yup…bunch of us decided to do a race in Staten Island … I said , Yeah "Flat as a Pancake " … Wow you know it ! 

 

Ok so where is this going ..?

We have some many parents looking to do something to keep themselves in shape, work and take care of the kids…yet, by the time the day is done many of us , me included , don't have the energy or motivation to train or workout. Over the years i'vce learned the power of sharing, accountability and or enrolling others openly .. to help to inspired to ones commitments. Many of us would do more events and or train if we knew someone else tor train with!

So Here it is …

Heidi D…is doing incrediablly well on her new training program..Running four miles the other day ~!

ATILLA and friends are signed up for "Flat as a Pancake Tri" in Staten island ...( great race for first timers… my wife Doc Jo and I have both participated over the years)

I personally signed up for the Warrior Dash in Wyndham NY in August for my 45 birthday test of courage..

Figured would be fun to have a place for people to tell there story,post there successes, possible failures looking for support and help or looking for someone to train with ~!

Let us know your thought…

For example…as i write this I'm experiencing "treadmill Avoidance" .. Ok today was a scheduled day off!~ kind of sort of ?

Have fun !
